Not only did we get to travel to Toronto for the weekend but we also were able to journey to every foodies dream, The St. Lawrence Market.
If you have not yet had the privilege of
venturing into this food hall you are truly missing out on an amazing experience and discovery!
There you can find speciality markets, International merchants, local farmers, artisanal cheeses,
prepared foods, beverages, seafood, restaurants, flowers, grass fed meats, and cooking schools. It is truly a paradise where you can literally spend hours wondering around, sampling and soaking it all in.
On the menu for this evening is PAELLA and at the helm is Virgilio Russi who will guide us through the market to purchase our fresh bounty and then show us how to prepare this
