Today’s menu was created using inspirations taken from Anthony Bourdain. His favorite family go to meal was linguine vongole so we started with that dish and built the rest of the menu around it.
The second course, Garlicky Shrimp
and Escargot stuffed mushrooms is a tribute to France since that is where he was during his last days.
We hope that he has found his peace as he will be truly missed in the culinary and travel world.
